Tools for regenerative practice: 30 frameworks, exercises and methods in service of human and planetary flourishing
Tools for regenerative practice is a practical guide designed to help organisations, communities, initiatives and facilitators explore how human systems can better align with the regenerative dynamics of life. Bringing together 30 frameworks, exercises and methods, the toolkit supports people in deepening systems awareness, reconnecting with nature, strengthening collaboration, expanding imagination, and moving from reflection into meaningful action. Rather than offering rigid formulas or quick technical fixes, the guide frames regenerative practice as an ongoing process of learning, experimentation, adaptation and relationship-building across social and ecological systems. Developed through the FixOurFood programme and Ecocentric Futures, the toolkit is intended for use across diverse contexts – from education, business, community development and bioregioning, to broader processes of governance and evaluation – to help cultivate futures in which both people and planet can flourish together.
