Complementing our guide to Tools for regenerative practice, this new guide focuses on more conceptual understandings of regenerative dynamics, as well as a global tour of 25 case studies that demonstrate aspects of regenerative dynamics.

Regenerative dynamics aren’t just a ‘concept’ – they are a core pattern of life itself. But we also recognise the value of conceptual entry points into helping people understand and engage with regenerative dynamics. In this guide, we draw especially on our Regenerative Lens framework for regenerative social-ecological systems.

The 25 case studies then help to ground those concepts in tangible real-world action. We’ve chosen these case studies – whether at scales of farms and food systems, cities and settlements, bioregions, whole countries and continents, or globally distributed organisations – to illustrate the diverse forms of abundance that can arise from regenerative dynamics, as well as the challenges faced by regenerative initiatives.
